Who you will work with
Leasing Manager reports to the Senior Property Manager, and works hand in hand with Marketing Manager, Acquisition Manager, Accounting Manager and Construction Workeragement Department.

Compensation
Hourly compensation is based on experience level plus, ability to take on additional responsibilities and generous bonus structure that could bring total compensation to $50,000 plus.

Carpenters wanted. Work will be mostly in Sanilac & St Clair County, but at times will be as far as Clinton Twp. Ground up - New Construction Projects starting late Summer and Fall.
Also Handyman Position open for the right person to travel to owned Apartment, over 300 units, complexes from Pigeon, MI to Clinton Twp, MI that entails basic plumbing, heating and cooling and general repairs to apartments. Company supplied work vehicle. Must have your drivers license.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for acquiring new business by engaging with clients over phone and email. You will be focused on offering a variety of logistics services and solutions.
