We are looking for a reliable apartment cleaner for aprtments in Yale, Capac, & Marine City. Work will be mostly in Sanilac & St Clair County, but at times will be as far as Clinton Twp.

Candidate must have some experience, willing to learn more, have own tools and transportation and should want to grow with the company working towards foreman and management. Ground up - New Construction Projects starting late Summer and Fall.

Also Handyman Position open for the right person to travel to owned Apartment, over 300 units, complexes from Pigeon, MI to Clinton Twp, MI that entails basic plumbing, heating and cooling and general repairs to apartments. Company supplied work vehicle. Must have your drivers license.

We are a growing company in need of growth minded people. Several new construction projects starting this fall and there will be no down time in the winter.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for acquiring new business by engaging with clients over phone and email. You will be focused on offering a variety of logistics services and solutions. Sales Representatives will be equipped with the tools to tackle the full sales cycle; prospecting, relationship building, customer service and operations.
